Today I read a really interesting thought piece from Bernard Marr, one of the world's top 5 business influencers, internationally best-selling author, and globally recognized technology advisor. In his piece 7 Critical Education Trends That Will Define Learning in 2025, one of the first key trends shaping education in 2025 is the idea of "human centric skills back on the curriculum." It identified how education is undergoing a transformation, and by 2025, the most valuable lessons won't come from tedious memorization or standardized testing but rather from the development of of critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

As AI reshapes industries, the workforce will demand individuals who are able to excel in areas that machines cannot replicate—emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
